The core design of Thimble Cup

Ask anyone. Most people define the coffee break as one of the most sacred and corroboranti the day. If you take the coffee, especially for us Italians is a pleasure, the design in more than one occasion has spoken with a gesture of true love towards our passion.

Antigone Acconci and Riccardo Bastiani from to-rstudio, have consecrated this moment with a set of cups capable of representing the Made in Italy “in its essence. The saucer is the silhouette of a man with open arms, which expects its cup red as the heart. Esposte during Week Mobile 2008, the Thimble Cup with their nostalgic irony and fun, have represented our love for the coffee and design in the host.
