Imagine being able to work outdoors using the sun’s energy to power your laptop, cellphone and any other type of technology that needs energy to work, in this case eco sustainable energy.

Probably been thinking about something like SOlo Lunge Table by Intelligent Forms, a coffee table with a solar collector as shelf and a heart of silicon cells that in ideal climatic conditions is capable of providing 17Kw energy during the year.

The modern design and versatile table is equipped with a Bluetooth transmitter, rechargeable batteries, LCD, monitors of the office and a drawer with connectors for devices to recharge. Only is not a simple table but a practical tool and ecological and that with its wheels will follow you everywhere.

 The design of the kitchen ideal of EOOS

Four years ago, the Austrian study design EOOS was invited to design the ideal kitchen The cooked kitchen. Far from the beaten paths, with an approach and a new philosophy of design, a team at work has redefined the universe of 40 with kitchen utensils, from ancient rituals meet high technology.

As in a different stages of work have generated the kitchen cabinet b2, the industrial product presented at the International Furniture Fair 2008 and now on display until June 29 to MAK Design Space, as a central element of Start_up, which launches new way to present a product and put it on the market, exploring the processing prior to its effective implementation.

The designer Judson Beaumont has a truly original approach to design and its creations show a little ‘to dream worlds typical of tales for children.

Thus was born the collection Straight Line Designs, characterized by unusual complements furnishing able to leave anyone at the mouth open because anything but rigorous and “straight”, as their name suggests…

With the increasing availability of many companies to organise themselves to reduce the amount of waste produced by industrial processing, was born in Brussels Rotor, a platform authority to approve, advise and coordinate a network of companies interested to come into contact, for transfer their waste materials to other willing to recycle and transform it.

Among the many projects triggered by this exchange eco-friendly, distinguishes the design of Kitchen One produced by Lionel Devlieger in collaboration with Eric Van den Broucke. From industrial residues of a company specializing in packaging of luxury goods, designers have achieved the structure and design of the panels of plywood cut by laser. The shapes of the boxes opened and played on before cooking, shape and provide an interesting design and style to all the furniture, such as to adapt to any style with grit and irony.
