The shoe-throwing event on George Bush by a journalist has made the cost of shoe many times then the original. The man, Hassan Mohammad Makhafa of Saudi Arabia, is willing to offer $10 million to own these shoes. The 60 year old was so amazed after watching the spectacle of journalist Muntadar Al Zaidi flinging his shoes at President Bush, that he now wants to purchase them. So great is his desire that he is willing to sell all his belongings to own this pair of shoes, which he considers to be a medal of freedom.
